MaryAnn Nguyen Mohney, Owner of Mohney Homes, received her Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Prior to starting her own business, she was an industrial engineer for 5 years at Crane Naval Base.

MaryAnn's training and education is evident in the attention to details and quality construction executed in each of her homes. Her passion for building a quality home starts with a constant search for improvements in all aspects of her life.

With the changing needs in today's American lifestyle, Maryann decided to build homes starting from the 120's and up. Mohney Homes will build your new home with the same quality as we did our custom homes. We pride ourselves on quality being our number one priority.
